Good news โ FundrayzerGlobal Bank does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that monitor your behaviour across the internet. We only use what is strictly necessary to run our banking platform.
1 What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device to store information. They help websites remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and improve your experience. Alongside cookies, modern web applications also use browser storage mechanisms like localStorage and sessionStorage.
2 How We Use Cookies & Storage
FundrayzerGlobal Bank uses browser localStorage to:
- Maintain your session: Your login token (JWT) is stored so you remain logged in without re-entering your credentials on every page
- Store your user profile: Basic account information is cached locally for faster page loads
- Remember your preferences: Such as display settings within the dashboard
These are essential storage items โ without them, the banking platform cannot function. Logging out clears all stored tokens and profile data from your browser.
3 Types of Storage We Use
localStorage Items
- fg_token โ Your secure login session token (JWT). Expires after 7 days.
- fg_user โ Basic profile data (name, account number, role). Cleared on logout.
โน๏ธ
These items are stored only in your browser and are never sent to third parties. They are cleared automatically when you log out or when the session expires.
Session Tokens
We use JSON Web Tokens (JWTs) for authentication. These tokens are cryptographically signed, expire after 7 days, and are invalidated when you log out. They contain your user ID, email, and role โ no sensitive financial data.
4 What We Do NOT Do
- โ We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking
- โ We do not use advertising cookies or behavioural profiling
- โ We do not share your browsing data with advertisers
- โ We do not use cross-site tracking cookies
- โ We do not fingerprint your device for identification
- โ We do not sell data derived from cookies to any third party
5 Managing Cookies
Clearing Stored Data
You can clear all stored data at any time by:
- Logging out โ this immediately clears your session token and profile from localStorage
- Clearing browser storage โ in your browser's developer tools or privacy settings
Browser Settings
You can configure your browser to block localStorage or cookies entirely. However, doing so will prevent you from logging in to FundrayzerGlobal Bank, as session storage is essential for authentication.
To manage storage in your browser:
- Chrome: Settings โ Privacy and Security โ Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings โ Privacy & Security โ Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences โ Privacy โ Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings โ Cookies and site permissions
6 Third-Party Services
We use a small number of third-party services that may set their own cookies or make network requests:
- Google Fonts โ loads our font (Poppins). Google may log font requests. We load fonts directly from Google's CDN.
- Neon (PostgreSQL) โ our database provider. All data is transmitted server-side; no cookies are set by Neon.
- Brevo (email) โ used to deliver verification and reset emails. No cookies are set by Brevo on our platform.
These services have their own privacy policies and we encourage you to review them if you have concerns.
7 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookies Policy if we introduce new features that change how we store data. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a platform notification. The updated policy will always be accessible at this URL.
